The eCommerce Institute was founded by Craig Hood in 2011, part of the Allegro Brands, Inc. US Registered California Corporation.

The term “eCommerce Institute”, was coined by Mr. Hood and any variation thereof, including the stemming, branching or inclusion in any other mark, is expressly prohibited. The eCommerce Institute Trademark is protected under US Trademark Law and recognized under the 1988 Lanham Act. The eCommerce Institute registration of the domain name and subsequent creation of its website located at  “ecommerceinstitute.com” on October 23, 2012 evidences the unequivile claim to the mark.
