Craig Hood founded AllegroMedical.com, the first business selling medical supplies online. Grew it to a $100M/year revenue business with a catalog of 40,000+ home healthcare products.
Exit + eCommerce Institute
Craig exited AllegroMedical to Scrip Companies, then founded the eCommerce Institute to teach the operating playbook that built it. Started as courses and consulting.
Full-Service Agency
Grew the Institute into a full-service digital marketing agency: SEO, PPC, web development, email, CRO. Long-tenured client roster across e-commerce, healthcare, home services, and B2B.
AI-Powered Growth Infrastructure
Rebuilt the service stack around AI. Cold outreach automation, AI voice agents, custom AI systems, and Mission Control — our proprietary intelligence platform aggregating every client data source into one dashboard with AI-generated insights.
